Pot to Be LEGAL in Rhode Island - refer news

What can one say about Rhode Island considering making Grass, Weed, Pot, Refer legal.  Mainly, that legalization of an often used drug would make the State of Rhode Island plenty of needed tax money.

Police would be freed from stopping good people that have weed, or are growing a few planets, end the courts from cases that yield few dangerous criminals and end what is a silly dated law.  This action alone would save tax payers money.

Rhode Island would make the right move by legalizing Marijuana for casual use by people who are responsible.  Though, the stigma of using the drug would remain.
